Beautiful City of Bridges
Pittsburgh is such a cool city with its three rivers and all those bridges. The view from the top of the Duquesne Incline on Mount Washington is absolutely stunning, especially at night. It's really easy to walk around and explore the different areas.
Great Museums and Art
The collection of museums here is fantastic. Spent a good amount of time at The Andy Warhol Museum, which was just brilliant. The whole cultural district is great for an afternoon walk. Found a nice spot for some pierogies and a beer afterward.
Incredible Sports Town
Pittsburgh has an amazing sports feel. Caught a Penguins game and the energy inside the arena was electric. The North Shore is great for a pre-game walk along the river. The whole city really gets behind its teams, which is fun to see.
Fascinating History and Architecture
I really enjoyed the city's blend of old and new buildings. You can see the history everywhere. The Strip District was a highlight, with its old warehouses now full of markets and places to eat. It feels like a very real, working neighborhood.
Lots of Energy
The Oakland area is full of life because of the universities. Seeing the Cathedral of Learning was impressive. Lots of great, affordable places to eat around there too. The city has a nice, energetic feel without being too overwhelming or crowded.

Found so many great places to eat and drink. Lawrenceville, in particular, has a ton of unique breweries and restaurants. It's a nice place to spend an evening. People are friendly, and the bars have a comfortable, local feel to them.
